All orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia. We ship worldwide and aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

International

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival, payable by the recipient. Mutine Studio is not responsible for any customs charges incurred.

Processing

Orders placed before 1pm AEST will be dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm AEST will be dispatched the following business day. During sale periods and promotional events, please allow additional processing time.

Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

FAQ

Can I change or cancel my order?

We are unable to make changes to an order once it has been processed. Please contact us immediately at hello@mutinestudio.com and we will do our best to assist.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect.

We're sorry to hear this. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the item and we will resolve this for you promptly.

Do you offer pre-orders?

Yes. Pre-order items are processed as normal orders but shipped at a later date, which will be clearly noted on the product page. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way.

My order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers. Delays can occasionally occur, particularly for rural areas or during peak periods. Please allow a few extra days before contacting us — we're always happy to help investigate.
